PLACING AN ORDER
RETURNS
Exchange (replacement) or repair will take place only if it is due to a manufacturing defect. All other exchanges will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and must be preauthorized.
Authorization # and copy of the invoice are required for all merchandise to be exchanged. It must be within one week of delivery.
No refunds.
Merchandise that has been altered or repaired will not be replaced.
FINANCE CHARGES
There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks.
Accounts with a past due history will only be shipped C.O.D. or prepaid.
